Promotional e-mail messages on behalf of CCCPlay will be sent only to users who express their consent to receiving such messages, by checking the appropriate box that offer this service, during the user's registration or purchase process. Users may choose not to receive these e-mails during registration. Users who wish to no longer receive e-mails on behalf of CCCPlay may e-mail contact[at]cccplay[dot]com and request to be removed from the e-mail list.

CCCPlay may offer incentives to supply other voluntary information. This information is kept strictly confidential, will not be sold to any third party, and is used primarily to survey our users for advertising purposes. Usage data such as game time played or number of times a game is played is not associated with user's personal information, and will be used for broad statistics only. In the process of delivering web based content, as well as performing online transactions, CCCPlay will sometimes query you by means of a registration form for demographic data (gender, age, interests, marital status, salary, area code, country, and education). All of this information is accumulated for building and analyzing aggregate demographics statistics in order to constantly improve our product offering.
